Characteristics: It is a group of products intended first of all for reinforcing big surfaces of clothing of medium weight fabrics (jackets, overcoats, short overcoats), and of clothing of lighter fabrics (dresses, costume jackets). Taking into consideration their g.s.m. (53-100 g/m²) we can achieve different effects of joining the outer fabric with the insert. After sticking our inserts may provide soft or more stiffen feel, good stabilization, shaping quality and additionally the effect of filling by means of good scratching the insert. Products intended for ladies’ clothing enable to achieve good stabilization of the clothing shaping, not resulting in too much stiffening, giving nice and warm feel. Therefore the knitted inserts may be used for reinforcing both - big surfaces of clothing and small elements (lapels, armholes, sides, shoulders and front hems protection, etc.)

We produce them in two versions: 

• coated with polyamide adhesive, by the method of powder point adhesive spread 
• coated with polyamide adhesive, by the method of "double point", of special advantages: may be used for so-called difficult fabrics, because of their good adhesion, high resistance to repeated steam treatment while ironing (especially useful for hairy fabrics), provide softer feel after sticking and minimize penetrating of the adhesive through the outer fabric.
